Tsune has always been known for exceptional quality and above-and-beyond service. The Tsune TK130GL can produce the highest quality parts without any headaches. With automatic bar loading, you can set it and forget it. This saw will repeatedly produce quality parts for hours without intervention. Using a spray mist instead of flood coolant increases blade life without making a mess or requiring cleanup of cut parts. Self-adjusting steel clamps hold the material while the ball-screw-driven saw head slices through it. The Gripper Feed Carriage (GFC) hydraulically clamps the bar and lifts it vertically and horizontally away from all fixed surfaces. Operators can be trained in minutes to operate this saw using the innovative, simple HMI. The Set-Up Wizard walks through each job, so all that is needed is to input material information, the desired finished part, and the saw will cut it.
