Continuous cast iron is ideal for molds
Cast iron is often used to manufacture molds for various products and parts. However, not all cast iron is created equal.
Continuous cast iron offers several advantages over traditional sand and ingot cast iron. Due to its uniform metallic structure, continuous-cast iron is much easier and more cost-effective to machine than sand-cast iron in some applications. Our continuous cast iron process solidifies the iron more uniformly, resulting in a far more durable iron. What may surprise you even more is that our bar costs less than sand-cast or ingot-cast iron.

Custom casting and in-house machining for cast iron molds
