In some applications, our continuous casting process produces metallurgically superior parts compared with sand-cast components and other steel alternatives. Continuous cast iron solidifies at a much more uniform rate, making it much more durable—which is why it’s perfect for rotors and discs.
In addition to continuous cast iron in raw form, AIA can produce precision-made brake rotors and discs to your specifications in our in-house iron casting and machining shop.
